Within 14 days of delivery
- 1Check it. Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and not altered. Please have your order number or receipt ready.
- 2Contact us. Email info@atticclothes.com or call 610-865-2210. We will send you return instructions.
- 3Ship it. Returns are sent to: The Attic, 516 Main St, Bethlehem, PA 18018. Please ship with tracking.
Consignment Items
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Brand New Items
- Returns are issued as store credit.
- Store credit expires 60 days after it is issued.
- If we sent the wrong item or it was defective, we refund to your original payment method.
Return shipping: for change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded. If we made an error or the item does not match its description, we pay return shipping and refund in full.
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
